Dr. Belal T. Al Ghazzawi is a distinguished Saudi lawyer who is a managing partner of the Jeddah office of GPA.  Dr. Belal has been practicing law since 1984 and specialises in international trade, corporate law, admiralty and maritime law, international business transactions, commercial disputes, foreign investments, real estate, joint ventures, litigation, arbitration and Shari’a law.

Dr. Belal regularly advises on a wide range of legal issues and appears on behalf of clients before Shari’a and Commercial Courts and Arbitration Tribunals.  

Additionally, he undertakes dispositions and negotiations, mediation and conciliations as well as drafting contracts and agreements, both in Arabic and English.

He has extensive experience of advising on innovative transactions and complex cross border financings and representing major banks and large industrial and commercial entities in Saudi Arabia and overseas.
