Biography

Yousif is a legal professional specializing in corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, with particular experience in legal due diligence, foreign investment, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and drafting constitutional and transactional documents. He studied law in the United Kingdom at Northumbria University, where he obtained both his undergraduate Law Degree and a Master’s degree in Legal Practice Course. He joined AlGhazzawi & Partners in February 2025, where he has worked on a range of Saudi legal matters, including due diligence exercises, company incorporations, legal opinions, Articles of Association amendments, and regulatory matters involving major local and international companies. He Previously worked at a Legal Clinic in Newcastle upon Tyne, where he handled Civil and Employment matters, before joining a corporate law firm in Bahrain and gaining experience in corporate and commercial legal work.
